2026 subsidies: TOP BTP and Prévention Chutes, a concrete lever for securing your construction sites

This year, in addition to TOP BTP, a new aid for fall prevention has been introduced: the Prévention Chutes-subsidy (Fall prevention). These  measures represent a strategic opportunity for companies wishing to improve the safety of their team while controlling their investments.

Two grants to effectively reduce the risk of falls

Les The TOP BTP and Prévention Chutes grant aim to facilitate the acquisition of appropriate work equipment, directly contributing to the reduction of the risk of falls from height. By providing financial support to companies, these grants encourage a proactive approach to prevention and regulatory compliance.

Thes schemes are aimed at French companies with fewer than 50 employees that wish to improve safety on their construction sites through the use of high-performance equipment that complies with current requirements.

Amount and conditions of allocation

Eligible companies can receive coverage of up to 50% of the pre-tax amount of the investment made.

The minimum amount of aid ist at 500 €, with a ceiling of € 25,000 per company. Several pieces of equipment can be subsidised within the same application, thus enabling the overall modernisation of facilities.

Equipement covered

Four categories of equipment designed to prevent falls from height are eligible:

• Equipment to prevent the risk of falls on level grounds.

• Equipment to secure access and work at height (safety lock gates, pallet gates, folding walkways, guardrails , etc.).

• Equipment to secure loading bays.

• Equipment to secure lorries (folding stairways, mobile ladders, stepladders, etc.).

This equipment meets the operational challenges of French companies in the sector, while enhancing employee protection.

Application procedures

There are two options for submitting your application via net-entreprises.fr:

1. Application with advance booking: once your eligibility  .

2. Direct application withour reservation: you submit all supporting documents directly for review and payment.
